Bicycle and Parts Donations
|
|
We exist thanks to your donations that are diverted from the landfill. Help us continue to
provide this service by thinking of us when you or someone you know is about to throw out
something related to bicycles.
Please drop-off donations at our shop during our open hours.

Donation Request
|
- Bicycles in any condition - none are turned away, even if it's just scrap metal
- Bicycle parts and accessories - trailers, bags, tools, seats, reflectors, etc.
- Bicycle clothing - wash them first please
|

Cannot Accept
|
- Worn-out tires and tubes - we can't afford the required disposal fees
but MEC recycles bicycle tires and tubes free of charge when you drop them off to them.
- Old helmets, child seats
- Water storage devices - unsafe to resell
|
|
|
|
|
Shop Items Needed
|
- Clean rags (from cotton clothing), old toothbrushes - wash them first please
- Oil, grease
- Tools
|
|
|
|
Where It All Goes
|
|
After our bills are paid, any excess funds will be put back into community cycling programs and/or charities. Excess bikes will be given to family shelters, developing nations, etc.
