Volunteer Position: Web Master
Objectives and Benefits:
Further Recyclore’s objectives, viz

Promote cycling through used bike restoration

- to encourage personal health;

- for a healthier environment;

- to provide affordable bicycles for those who need them;

- to keep usable bicycles out of the waste stream;

- share and expand bike restoration skills and knowledge

Work with like minded bicycle enthusiasts

Access fully tools and parts equipped repair shop.
Expected commitment:
- Avg 6 hrs/month
- After 20 hr probationary period, a 6 month commitment is requested
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Recyclore's website security and integrity
- Support and assist Recyclore volunteers in making posts to the site
- Manage Recyclore's Facebook page
- As appropriate, work with the Board to see the Recyclore website site is a dynamic communication tool for the organization
Requirements:
- Basic programming experience and knowledge required
- Experience with Dupal, or similar Content Management System preferred
Training/Preparation:
- Probationary Period (6 weeks) before any commitment is expected
- Basic Orientation to the organization
- Training with GRAV as required
- On-going training and support as needed/appropriate
Time/Place:
The Volunteer would work from home
Supervision:
The Web Master works with the Recyclore Board of Directors under the direction of the Vice-President
